DocCycle brings efficiency to the document signature workflow
Here’s how it works:
Document Creation
Once your document is ready to be signed, it’s converted to PDF by the originator and imported into the web-based app with a simple drag-and-drop. The originator adds each signees’ mobile number or email to the “signature cycle,” and users are notified.
Document Cycling:
The document is sent to each signee in your chosen order through SMS or email. Once the document is signed by each user it moves along the cycle to the next signee. Users sign with their finger on their own device, with the app capturing the signature and syncing details in the permanent document record. Users can create an account to view document progress, see signature requests, and create documents.
Document Completion:
Once the document has all signatures, the signees receive notification of completion and a digital copy of the finalized PDF for their records. Signed documents can be synced into customer records in leading ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, and more as needed.
