HOW IT WORKS:
QR Code
A QR code is created for each order and printed on the delivery label. When the driver arrives, the customer can scan the QR code with their own device and will be taken to a signature field and photo capture button. Once the document is signed, the delivery details and copy of the signed invoice syncs to the customer record into Oracle.
Proof of Delivery
With TrueProof™️ Delivery, all information including date, time, location, signature, and photo are captured in an indisputable record saved within a digital archive or directly within Oracle and easily accessible whenever a question of delivery is in dispute.
