One of Israel’s leading third-party logistics companies digitized its field operations with ShipSnap proof of delivery and is rolling out SPS AI route planning, as part of a strategic upgrade of its distribution and service.

Danlog-Intercosma is one of Israel’s leading logistics providers. Founded in 2002 and fully owned by the Danshar Group since 2010 - a group owned by the Barak family for more than five decades - Danlog serves importers, manufacturers and local distributors across the entire supply chain: transportation, receiving, storage, value-added services, picking and distribution to every point of sale in Israel, and returns.
The company works to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards, and stores and distributes regulated products as well: medical devices, hazardous materials, sensitive food and temperature-controlled goods.

Every day, some 70-80 delivery trucks and about 20 trailers leave Danlog’s centers, carrying around 1,000 pallets to roughly 600 points of sale - retail chains, the private market, logistics centers, army bases, pharmacies and institutional customers.
At this scale, every inaccuracy at delivery quickly turns into a cost or a service problem: a disputed delivery, a pallet that was never collected, an undocumented return, or a customer who doesn’t know when the goods will arrive.
Phase 1 - digital proof of delivery (live). With ShipSnap proof of delivery, Danlog’s teams manage field activity digitally from end to end: full documentation of every delivery, returns handling, automatic reporting of pallet collection, management of additional driver tasks, and real-time data that is immediately available to the office.
Phase 2 - AI route planning (advanced rollout). Following the successful go-live, Danlog is in advanced stages of implementing SPS AI route planning, which combines smart route planning with dynamic, real-time optimization that takes customer and resource constraints into account.

SPS’s system has been integrated successfully into our day-to-day operations and has become a central tool in the digitization and innovation of our distribution operation.
