Software for 3PLs that run many clients and many ERPs

Every client brings its own ERP, its own label formats and its own delivery rules. SPS connects to each of them, so receiving, labeling, delivery and billing run on one set of tools instead of a workaround per client.

// The challenge

The work happens in the seams between your clients’ systems

A third-party logistics provider doesn’t run one supply chain - it runs one for every client. One client sends orders as EDI files, another as PDFs by email, a third prints pick lists from an old ERP. Each wants its own pallet labels, its own delivery documents and its own proof of delivery, and each expects to see the status in its own system.

That is why so much of a 3PL’s manual work isn’t in the warehouse at all. It is in retyping orders, reformatting labels, chasing signed delivery notes from drivers and subcontractors, and reconciling carrier invoices at month end. Every new client adds another integration to maintain.

01Orders in

Winsert picks up orders from each client’s ERP, email or file drop and converts them into your format - no custom project per client.

02Receiving and labeling

xPress3 prints pallet, carton and product labels in each client’s layout, straight from the order data.

03Route planning

ShipSnap AI plans the day across clients, with every consignee’s receiving hours, pallet counts and vehicle limits.

04Delivery

Your drivers record signature, photo, returns and collected pallets in the ShipSnap app; subcontracted carriers use ShipSnap QR, with no app.

05Status back to clients

Each proof of delivery is written back to the right client’s system in real time, so their customer service sees it too.

06Billing and claims

DocReader reads carrier and supplier invoices; DocCycle routes damage claims and client sign-offs for approval.

ShipSnap QR

When volume peaks and loads go to subcontracted carriers, the consignee scans the QR code on the delivery note and signs on their own phone. Your POD coverage doesn’t drop when the driver isn’t yours.

What changes for a 3PL

  • New clients go live faster - integration is mapping and configuration, not code.
  • Every delivery has proof - own fleet or subcontractor, in the same record.
  • Clients see status on their own - without calling your customer service.
  • Fewer billing disputes - delivery records and signed claims are a click away.

// Where to start

Pick the client with the most manual work - often the one whose orders arrive as PDFs or emails - and connect it through Winsert. Then roll out ShipSnap proof of delivery across your own fleet and your subcontractors, so every client gets the same evidence for every delivery.

// FAQ

3PL & logistics FAQ

Yes. ShipSnap records every delivery once, and Winsert writes the proof of delivery back to each client’s ERP or system in the format it expects – SAP Business One, Oracle, NetSuite, Priority, IBM AS/400 or plain files.

xPress3 keeps a label layout per client and prints it from live order data, so pallet, carton and product labels always match the client’s requirements.

Yes. With ShipSnap QR the consignee scans a QR code on the delivery note and signs on their own phone – the driver needs no app.

Yes. Drivers record returns and collected pallets at each stop, and the data is reported automatically together with the delivery.

It depends on how the client sends data. Because Winsert works with existing files, print streams and emails, onboarding is mostly mapping and testing rather than a development project.
