How SPS collects, uses and protects information when you visit spsusainc.com or contact us.

This Privacy Policy explains how SPS – Smart Paperless Solutions (“SPS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit spsusainc.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. It applies to the Site only; our software products are covered by the agreements we sign with our customers.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on the Site (for example “Contact us” or “Book a demo”), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, business email address, phone number, company name, the ERP system you use, the products you are interested in and your message. When you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries, schedule demos and provide the information you request.
- To follow up about our products and services, where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To understand how the Site is used and to improve its content and performance.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing our ads to people who visited the Site.
- To protect the Site and our business, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from the following providers:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager – to measure visits and site usage. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Ads – to measure ad conversions and show our ads to past visitors.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel – to measure and target our ads on Meta platforms.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage interest-based ads through Google Ad Settings, your Meta ad preferences, or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if cookies are blocked.
The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the Site and our business (for example website hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising providers), who may use it only to provide services to us or as described in their own privacy policies.
- Within the SPS group of companies, to respond to your request and provide our products and services.
- When required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Our use of advertising cookies and pixels described above may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out as described in “Your privacy rights”.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other U.S. states), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it, and receive a copy.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, email kidan@spsusainc.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business relationship, and then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant provider.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
SPS operates internationally. Information you submit may be processed in the United States, Israel and other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other websites
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
